I just watched a documenarty on bottled watter and all the harmfull effects that it has not only on our bodies but of course the environement. It touches on all the trash that ends up in our oceans- http://www.grrmarinedebristrap.com/news/ocean-debris/- it talks about the chemicals that I was talking about in my post about the obesegins and the chemical PET or PETE (same things used differently on our water)

What shocked me the most was WHERE the water comes from- guys it is just our municiple tap water being welled out of our underwater springs and then resold to us for 1000s x the cost to well it!

in fact our tap water has higher regulations than the bottled water industry, different density of inhabitants in the area require different amounts of municiple testing… like 300 times a month and up… the water industry…twice a year IF that… the chemicals that independant studies are finding in these “pure” waters will make you want to throw out all your bottles of water imideatly… go- right now and do it!

I call these “sophisticated” vanilla cupcakes. It’s a simple vanilla cake with cream cheese butter cream on top with dark chocolate flakes in it as well as in top. So proud of the result!!

Vanilla cupcakes with pink frosting. Frosting was amazing… I need to not forget ingredients in the cake batter though hahaha next time I’ll do better

I have gone from DIY dresser to my own herb garden! Let’s hope I don’t kill it!

Hey! I know it has been ages since i’ve been on here! But in all honesty it has been just as long since I have actually turned my computer on.

But I was surfing through facebook and found an interesting post that my firend shared. Its all about MALE birth control… and not your average kind either.

supposedly 100% effective, lasts like 10 years and would help end the spread of HIV- So why have we not heard of it before (no its not to abstain! haha) from what I gather though we haven’t heard about because the big pharmaceutical companies really wont make big money off of it like they do the common forms of birth control.
